CH COACHING // V.1.0

Coaching & remote programming

Built around your practice.

Fully virtual, entirely individual. No gimmicks and no fads. The programming starts from what you actually have — your discipline, your schedule, your city, the objects and surfaces within reach — and builds a progressive system out of it.

Two ways to work together

Pick the level of contact you want.

Tier one

Remote programming

A written training system, built for your environment and revised on a regular cycle. Independent execution, structured oversight.

  • Environment audit

We map what you have access to — objects, surfaces, terrain, seasonal constraints.

  • Programmed blocks

Progressive cycles with defined loading, intensity targets, and clear progression rules.

  • Scheduled revision

Regular check-ins with adjustments based on what actually happened, not what was planned.

  • Async support

    Written questions answered between cycles.

Tier two

Full coaching

Everything above, plus direct contact. Live video sessions, ongoing technique correction, and a working relationship rather than a document.

  • Live video sessions

Scheduled one-to-one work — coaching in real time, wherever you are.

  • Video review

You send footage of your training. You get frame-level feedback on positioning and execution.

  • Continuous adjustment

Programming changes as fast as your situation does — new city, new injury, new season.

  • Full library access

The complete written and video resource library, included.

Process

Four steps, no guesswork.

The first two happen before any money changes hands. If it isn't a fit we'll say so, and point you somewhere better.

  • 01

    Application

You tell us your discipline, your history, your constraints, and what you're trying to build. Detailed enough that we can tell whether we're the right fit for it.

  • 02

    Consultation call

A conversation, not a sales pitch. We work out whether this approach suits your goals and whether the timing is right. Free.

  • 03

    Environment audit

The part most coaches skip. You walk us through what's actually available to you — photos, video, a description of your surroundings. Programming that ignores this produces plans people can't execute.

  • 04

    Build and iterate

First block delivered, executed, reviewed, revised. Then again. The system gets more accurate to you with every cycle.

Fit

Who this works for — and who it doesn't.

A strong fit if

  • You practice a discipline where grip, terrain or instability matters — climbing, grappling, movement disciplines.

  • You travel, relocate often, or have no reliable gym access and refuse to detrain because of it.

  • You're an experienced lifter who's temporarily without equipment and wants to keep building rather than hold position.

  • You want to understand the reasoning, not just receive a spreadsheet.

Probably not, if

  • ×

Your goal is purely aesthetic and gym-measurable. There are excellent coaches for that; we aren't them.

  • ×

You want a plan you never have to think about. This approach requires judgement from you.

  • ×

You're preparing for a barbell sport with a specific competition lift. Train the lift — that's what the gym is for.

  • ×

You're managing an acute injury that needs in-person clinical care first.

Investment

Pricing is discussed on the call.

Both tiers are ongoing monthly engagements with no long lock-in. The exact figure depends on contact frequency and how much build-out your situation needs — a climber with consistent access to one crag is a different project to someone changing countries every six weeks. You'll have a clear number before you commit to anything.

Not ready yet

Then start with the ideas.

The philosophy is free, the field notes are free, and a portion of the library is open. Coaching will still be here.
